Mechanically, granting or revoking access to your health data works exactly like a token swap: an immutable, timestamped transfer record. Every grant below is an entry on this ledger — and so is every revocation, the moment you make it.
Think of each row the way you'd think of a crypto transaction: it already happened, it's timestamped, and no one — including MyRxWallet — can edit or delete it afterward. Revoking a provider's access doesn't erase the original grant; it writes a new entry showing access ended. That's what makes "quietly revoked" or "quietly ignored" impossible by design.
